To immediately grab the attention of the viewers, I used capturing images, bold colors, and modern design. Keeping in mind that the viewer would probably just glance at the banner, I wanted to keep their attention by having the design flow from top to bottom to give the viewer a direction to go in and be intrigued enough to read the whole banner. First, I present four different variations of the banners.
Next, the brochures presented below (in four different variations) provide more information about Crossover and what they stand for as a recruiting business. When providing information to a potential recruit, I kept in mind that they may have more questions, so I provided a call to action ("Call us now!") with the contact number, a web address, and Twitter ID. The design is simplistic and modern, yet bold and appealing to the eye with a balance of hierarchy giving the viewer a direction on where to navigate throughout the brochure.
Roll up banners have become quite popular and for good reason! They save considerable time in the case of hastiness in setting up advertising booths, display stands or promoting launch events. Transportable materials are important to companies that travel and have little space to take their supplies with them like on airplanes or trains. The two designs below are for displaying wherever the recruiters will be to encourage passers by to be drawn to the design and want to register for the conference because what they see displayed intrigues them.
